Developers and senior living operators bring us in when they need to build, reset, or scale their sales function. Our Sales Advisory division partners with clients to embed structure, sharpen performance, and leave teams stronger than we found them.
We're now hiring a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to build the systems, reporting, and processes that underpin our sales advisory work. You'll be the engine that supports Sales Performance Managers in the field, ensures developer sales agents are set up for success, and gives our Head of Sales Advisory the tools to scale her impact.
This role is the backbone of our sales advisory practice. You'll design and manage the infrastructure that keeps sales moving — from CRM and dashboards to compliance, stock allocations, and performance tracking.

What You'll Do
- Review client sales operations and processes, and recommend improvement plans
- Audit client CRM systems (experience across multiple CRM platforms is highly valued) and work with internal teams and external providers to reset structure, cleanse data, and build sales dashboards and reporting for developer clients
- Collaborate with developer client teams, Channel's Sales Performance Managers, and the Head of Sales Advisory to run reports on stock control, allocations, compliance, and performance tracking to ensure sales visibility
- Provide Sales Performance Managers in the field with the data and tools they need to coach and support sales agents
- Design and embed sales processes that lift capability and efficiency inside developer sales teams
- Deliver clear reporting and recommendations to the Head of Sales Advisory and developer leadership
- Support recruitment by helping to identify, onboard, and stabilise new sales operations staff as the function grows

- Have proven experience in sales operations, enablement, or CRM management within property (residential and seniors living experience is mandatory)
- Ideally have worked consultancy-side as well as client-side, advising or partnering with property developers

- Balance analytical rigour with commercial awareness — you know the numbers but also the "why" behind them

What we're looking for:
- A sales operations professional with deep experience in residential and seniors living property — you understand the customer journey, sales cycles, and how systems need to support performance.
- Ideally someone who has worked consultancy-side as well as client-side, advising or partnering with property developers.
- A systems thinker who can audit, reset, and optimise CRM platforms, dashboards, and reporting across multiple clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills — able to spot inefficiencies and design solutions that improve capability and accountability.
- A collaborator who can partner with Channel's Sales Advisory team, developer leadership, and frontline salespeople alike.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to balance detail, deadlines, and commercial outcomes across a portfolio of clients.
