At QA Build, we're building vibrant over-50s lifestyle resorts for the GemLife Group. We're a fast-growing business investing in the next generation of talent and inviting Expressions of Interest from trades or those in the construction industry seeking to apply their skills in new and exciting ways.
We're seeking emerging leaders across the following areas. If you have a trade background and are ready to take the next step in your construction career, with substantial knowledge of construction and a readiness to move from the tools into leadership, we want to hear from you.

Through our construction arm, QA Build, we're looking for qualified carpenters and builders ready for more than just a job. We're offering cadetships and real career pathways—from Leading Hand through to Site Supervisor, Site Manager, and ultimately Construction Manager. If you're a hands-on tradie with leadership potential, we want to help you grow into the next phase of your career. This opportunity could be at any of our construction sites and is not limited to the Gold Coast.
Along with site career opportunities, we are looking for those ready to bring their on-site experience into the office, or who have completed a construction-related qualification and are eager to apply their knowledge. GemLife is seeking passionate and driven cadets to join our growing team across a variety of disciplines.

Cadets in the following areas- Estimating (Residential & Commercial)
- Drafting (Residential)
- Contract Administration (Commercial)
- Interior Design
- Architecture & Landscape Architecture
- Health, Safety, Environment & Training (HSET)
