THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and administration of key people and learning initiatives across the business. This will be a fully generalist role encompassing general people administration and learning coordination. You will support across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to off boarding. You'll also be the go-to person for scheduling, logistics, systems support, and vendor coordination, ensuring that programs run seamlessly from start to finish. With a strong focus on learner experience and compliance, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for continuous improvement across all that they do.
Please note this is a 12-month contract role.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will be a detail-oriented coordinator with previous experience supporting L&D or HR teams. You will be adept at juggling multiple priorities, have strong stakeholder management skills, and bring a solutions-focused mindset. You're also confident working with systems and data and are passionate about delivering great experiences for learners and facilitators alike.
