Are you an experienced HR Coordinator with a flair for organisation and an eye for detail? We are in search of a top tier individual to step into a fundamental role as a HR Coordinator to assist our HR Manager in a full-time capacity.

As the right hand to our HR Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating employment contracts, pre-employment screening & general support to the HR Manager ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to. Your ability to pivot with ease and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial in maintaining the smooth daily operations of the business.

About the Position

As the HR Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating employment contracts for new starters, onboarding and pre-employment screening.
  • Organise new starter inductions
  • Strong communication with the new hires to support the onboarding experience
  • Update records on Employment Hero
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Working across projects
  • Admin support to the HR Manager
  • General HR Admin duties
  • Assisting with reviewing and updating documentation such as contracts, letters, policy and procedure documents.
  • Working with the team to assist with all HR-related enquiries that come through the inbox and communicating with different teams

Key Requirements:

  • HR or business qualification
  • Strong administration experience
  • Experience working in HR within a medium sized organisation, ideally in professional services
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exposure to and having HR knowledge regarding systems used and processes
  • Strong Excel and Word skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with project management including tracking deadlines, coordinating tasks and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Liaise with external legal representatives including Fair trading as required
