Hotel Collingwood is on the hunt for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. Located in the heart of Melbourne's inner north, we pride ourselves on delivering elevated pub classics, modern bistro fare, and a vibrant food and beverage offering that keeps locals coming back.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knife skills and a passion for producing quality food
  • A team-first attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational habits and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes across all sections to a high standard
  • Preparing and plating high-quality pub fare with attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
  • Support senior chefs with training and mentoring junior staff
