Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, located in the ACT or South East Queensland, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for providing high-level strategic advice, client management, and bespoke property solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market analysis, preparing detailed reports, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with senior professionals. The Senior Advisor will also engage with various stakeholders, including government entities, landlords, and investors, to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong strategic advisory skills and experience in property solutions
  • Excellent market analysis and report preparation abilities
  • Client management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in developing detailed strategic plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in collaborating with government entities and various property sectors is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications in a relevant field such as Business, Real Estate, or Strategic Management.
