We are seeking a
detail-oriented and proactive General Administrator
to support our day-to-day operations. This role ensures smooth coordination across departments, manages internal communication, and assists in administrative, HR, and project-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize company records, files, and digital documents
- Support HR and Recruitment operations (scheduling interviews, onboarding coordination, etc.)
- Handle internal communication, announcements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
- Liaise with management and virtual teams for project updates
- Maintain company calendar and coordinate online events or meetings
- Provide general support to operations, marketing, and project management teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience (remote or hybrid preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools (ClickUp, Zoom, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
