What you'll be doing
This newly created role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving environment. As part of a small, efficient team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of general office functions.
Some of your duties will include:
- Client Service - directing client enquiries (both phone and email).
- Client Billing – managing our client billing processes, ensuring that we are billing timely and accurately.
- Client Account Enquiries – managing general account enquiries, liaising with the Client Services team on any account issues, ensuring payables are managed effectively, working with our external bookkeeper for any finance related processes are completed.
- Project Administration - assisting with proposal administration and coordinating all job and project administration.
- Implement and maintain established internal policies, procedures and administrative systems that relate to office and client billing/payables.
- Coordinating team activities, meetings, and events.
- Ensuring smooth running of all office activities, including travel management, general administration, maintaining office supplies and general office housekeeping.
What you'll bring
You will be an experienced office and accounts all-rounder. Your proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated nature together with your friendly demeanour will be key success factors in this role.
The experience you will bring to this role will include:
- Broad office administration and coordination.
- Understanding of general finance/accounts.
- Experience in MS Office, Xero, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enjoy being part of a team and is also able to work autonomously.
- Good understanding of office procedures and practices.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
This role is being offered on a full-time basis.
