About the Role

The Administration Dealer Trainee will gain hands-on experience in a financial services environment while completing a Certificate III in Business. The role involves general administrative duties while supporting the dealer team and learning key aspects of financial trading and client management.

Key duties include:

  • General administrative support

  • Assisting the dealer team with daily operations

  • Data entry and record keeping

  • Client communication and correspondence

  • Learning operational processes within the financial services sector

Ideal Candidate

Alto Capital is seeking a candidate who is:

  • Reliable, organised, and motivated to learn

  • Polite and professional in communication

  • Confident working both independently and as part of a small team

  • Interested in financial services and willing to develop their skills in this industry

Preferred/Essential Criteria

  • Current driver's licence (preferred)

  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and complete Certificate III in Business
