Role Requirements:

Manage the site administration for a FIFO Site management team on our project in Karratha, FIFO experience essential and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced construction site environment. Duties require accuracy, judgment, a high degree of initiative, discretion, diplomacy, and knowledge of protocol; you must be able to anticipate changing priorities and problems and work proactively to support the site management team.

The ability to provide a wide variety of administrative support services including coordination with functional departments and disciplines across the project is highly regarded.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.

Proactive and take responsibility for work.

A flexible team player who enthusiastically collaborates across our teams.

Ability to multitask, while being highly organized and juggling multiple work streams.

Demonstrated knowledge of filing systems and common office procedures.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of technical vocabularies and terminology common to the assignment

Demonstrated knowledge of administrative functions, including budget and financial functions

Ability to develop and analyze information for reports

Proficient in the use of office automation tools.

Requirements:

Construction Card (White or Blue)

Driver's Licence or Passport

Evidence of Rights to Work in Australia (birth certificate/passport/VEVO)

Project Details:

Location: Karratha, WA

Roster: 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster FIFO – Fly out on Day 21

Project Hours: 68-hour week (10 hours Monday to Saturday, 8 hours Sunday)

FIFO - Flights from all state and territory capital cities to Karratha WA

Commencement: Immediate start available - Potential Duration 6 - 9 months
