This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HSE Administrator to become part of our Maintenance Team on a new project. The role will initially be based at our Henderson office for the first month, before transitioning to a 2/1 roster onsite in the Pilbara. The Role

  • Accurate and timely data entry into Civmec HSE management system - InControl
  • Develop and issue pre-start minutes, toolbox minutes and other HSE communications
  • Maintain site registers
  • Compile and issue reports to HSE team including Project Manager
  • Update HSE noticeboards for currency
  • Maintain 100% compliance for document storage and within registers
  • Meeting minutes created and distributed within a 24hour period
  • Incident reports entered accurately in 'InControl' within 24hours
  • Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
  • Assist the Operations Team & Project team with administration tasks when requested

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Previous experience in the field of HSE administration ideally in a project /production environment.
  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (desirable)
  • Microsoft Office Suite intermediate/advanced
  • High attention to detail and proven organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
