**Once in a Lifetime Role in Victoria** Highly skilled Property Investment Advisor to form a critical part of our experienced and goal driven team which is now expanding into Victoria in our Mount Waverley Head Office.

Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting with clients to understand their current position and investment goals
- Presenting detailed information around property investment principles
- Creating and implementing a tailored investment strategy
- Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
- Presenting property investment options and completing contracts
- Working with strategic partners including mortgage brokers and conveyancers; and
- Provide continual client management support through the process from sale through to settlement and beyond.

- A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the property industry, investment sales or finance industry
- A general understating of property investment principles.
- Highly developed communication skills and a consultative approach
- The ability to work collaboratively within a unified team
- The ability to work flexible hours
- Finance knowledge would be highly regarded
- Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities; and

**This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful applicant
