**Job Description**:

- Identify potential investment opportunities and evaluate their feasibility
- Analyze financial and investment data to make recommendations to clients
- Advise clients on real estate investment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Collaborate with other professionals, including real estate agents and property managers
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate investment software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Information

**The salary structure for this position is based entirely on a commission system with no base salary and a generous bonus scheme.**
