Silkari Suites at Chatswood is perfectly located in the heart of Chatswood's shopping, dining and entertainment precinct. Offering a range of contemporary studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, we pride ourselves on delivering warm hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.

We're looking for a customer-focused Guest Servies Agent to join our friendly and professional team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Greet, check-in and check-out guests with genuine warmth and efficiency
  • Handle guest enquiries via phone, email and in person
  • Process daily transactions and balance shifts accurately
  • Issue room keys while maintaining guest privacy and security
  • Deliver personalised recommendations for dining, shopping and local attractions
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Complete general administrative and hotel-related duties
