About Us:
Lucky Solar is a growing solar and electrical business with over 15 years of industry experience. We pride ourselves on quality, reliability, and honest service. We're now looking for an organised and motivated Admin Assistant to join our team and help us run smoothly as we grow.
Role:
This is a part-time role (flexible hours – approx. 10–15 hrs/week to start) with potential to grow. Perfect for someone with admin experience who enjoys working independently and supporting a small but busy business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling jobs and coordinating with customers.
• Answering calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Preparing and sending invoices and quotes.
• Following up on overdue payments.
• Maintaining job records in our job management system (ServiceM8 / SimPRO / Tradify – training provided).
• General admin tasks to support day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience in admin, scheduling, or customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable with email, phone, and basic computer systems.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Experience in the solar/electrical industry is a bonus (but not essential – training provided).
