**AI-Savvy Business Assistant - Construction Company (NSCG)**

**Employment Type**: Casual or Part-Time (Potential for Full-Time)

**Pay**: 30 to 45 per hour depending on experience

**About Us**

New South Construction Group is a fast-growing licensed building company based in Sydney. We specialise in residential renovations, remedial works, and ongoing maintenance for commercial and strata clients.

We are looking for someone who can help us behind the scenes with admin, systems, and content. You will be working directly with the company director and helping grow the business through smart, tech-driven support.

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy assistant who can confidently
- Set up and manage admin systems like Google Drive, Xero, ServiceM8, Notion
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, text-to-voice, and automation
- Create professional templates, documents, and client packs
- Support content creation for Instagram reels, lead generation, and branding

**You are a good fit if you**
- Know how to figure things out quickly using AI or online tools
- Have admin or digital experience in a trade or construction setting
- Are confident with computers, systems, and staying organised
- Have great written and verbal communication
- Want to work independently and grow with the company

**Bonus if you**
- Can edit reels or handle basic design
- Have quoting or job tracking experience
- Are familiar with CRMs or setting up digital products

Pay: $55,123.94 - $119,060.03 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Castle Hill NSW 1765: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
