**Why Us?**
As a Receptionist / Admin Assistant at Project Wellbeing you will be the face of our practice. This is a vital role because visiting a psychologist can be anxiety-provoking and unsettling at first. So, we aim to make a difference for our clients from the moment they first encounter us. As the first person they will see or speak with your role is vital in helping to alleviate the stress of accessing psychology and putting our clients at ease, creating a positive experience for them. Additionally, you will be supporting our wonderful clinical team with their administrative tasks in a paperless practice.
**The Role**
We are currently seeking a casual and a part-time motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team.
You have strong attention to detail, are efficient and take pride in your work. You value providing excellent customer care to clients and understand the importance of your role as the first point of contact for those seeking psychological care. You love being part of a team and are able to work independently. You go above and beyond, are a fast learner and are interested in contributing to improving processes and coming up with innovative and creative ideas for ongoing improvement.

Project Wellbeing is an established and vibrant psychology practice that has been operating in Castle Hill for many years. Born out of the belief that every human has the right to experience mental health, we provide a range of services to improve the mental health and wellbeing of adults, adolescents and children. Our team of highly skilled clinicians provide a range of services from therapy to assessments. We are always innovating, and are an engaging, fun and collaborative workplace.
**Requirements, Support and Training**
What we need from you:
- Prior experience in an allied health/ medical receptionist role (preference will be given to those with experience in a psychology practice).
- Excellent verbal and written language skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to put clients at ease and liaise with stakeholders including referrers, clients, and external organisations.
- Ability to work independently and be a team-player.
- Initiative and the right attitude.
- Sound time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Desirable but not Essential:
- Experience with using Halaxy or similar CRM.
- Knowledge of psychology services and ethical guidelines and code of conduct.
- Knowledge of Medicare
