Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for project excellence? Join Sunwater as a Document Control Lead, where you'll play a vital role in providing direction, team support and specialised business services. You will provide technical expertise in the establishment and implementation of a document control management procedure.
As a Document Control Lead at Sunwater, you will:
- Lead and coach team of document controllers who are working across multiple major projects including the planning and allocation of the workload of shared document controllers to meet project requirements.
- Conduct assurance reviews of projects within the program to ensure quality and accuracy of data and information.
- Identify and deliver opportunities for improved practices across the Business Unit reinforcing continuous improvement.
We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in leading a team of document controllers. Preferably you will have experience in a major infrastructure project environment. You will also bring:
- P3M expertise:
Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining P3M tools and templates to maximise value and ensure project excellence - Strategic vision:
Ability to design and deliver project, program, portfolio improvement strategies and programs - Communication skills:
Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership, including the Board and executive leadership team
