About the role
As a Sales Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for our customers to obtain fantastic savings on new vehicles.
This role is responsible for sourcing the most competitive pricing from our extensive network and guiding buyers through their purchase journey, while delivering exceptional customer service at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling new leads, checking information, and qualifying the buyer before obtaining dealer quotes and closing the sale.
- Contact multiple dealerships to ensure we are finding the very best price and availability for our customer.
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing enquiries, concerns, or requests on a new car purchase with courtesy and empathy.
- Promote aftermarket products to in-market customers.
- Keeping up to date with market offers / trends, and communicating with potential new customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, customer information, and issue resolutions.
- Monitor and reply to all customer responses assigned from SMS or Email activity via our CRM within SLA.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support team members to share knowledge, and best practices, process deals and contribute to a positive team environment.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Mandatory Police Check (CarExpert will cover the cost).
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and trust over the phone quickly and enjoy assisting our customers.
- Telesales experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of CRMs, and team apps such as Slack.
