The Senior Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth for Skymesh through both inbound and outbound channels. This key role focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding the services of existing ones by understanding their needs, offering suitable solutions, and achieving sales targets.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and conduct proactive outbound calls to generate new leads and sales.
- Engage with existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation skills to present product benefits and overcome objections.
- Effectively qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets (KPIs).
- Log sales activities and outcomes accurately in the CRM system and escalate where necessary.
- Contribute feedback to improve sales processes and product offerings.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the telecommunications environment.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and resilience.
Desirable:
- Experience with CRM and sales management systems.
- Knowledge of Skymesh products and the broader telecommunications market.
- Prior experience in a senior or specialist sales role.
