Confluence Water, a Ventia, Downer and Jacobs Joint Venture, is one of three Regional Delivery Partnerships providing services for Sydney Water. We work hard to ensure that Sydney Water keeps running for people who live in the North Region of Sydney - rain, hail or shine. We are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the next 10 years.

Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

Downer has an opportunity for a Works Coordinator to join the team in a permanent, full-time position. Reporting to the Centralised Services Team Lead, this role is responsible for the effective coordination, administration, and scheduling of maintenance and operational activities. The role ensures all work orders are accurately processed, scheduled, and maintained within business systems, providing essential administrative support to planners.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in work scheduling, coordination, or administrative support roles
  • Demonstrated experience in work scheduling, coordination, or administrative support roles
  • Strong experience using business systems for work order management (asset management systems, maintenance systems, or similar).
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
