About the Opportunity
As a Senior Program Coordinator of our HGEN (Health Grade Enterprise Network) program at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through driving a statewide network transformation that powers safe, connected, and future-ready healthcare across NSW.
This role offers the opportunity to support the evolving needs of clinicians, patients, and staff - helping NSW Health continue to deliver safe, effective care now and into the future.
In this role, you will:
- Lead project support services including reporting, approvals, resource coordination, scheduling, and financial management.
- Manage and guide a project support team to deliver outcomes on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
- Provide high-level advice and insights to inform project planning, governance, and decision-making.
- Drive alignment with program and change management practices while proactively managing risks and issues.
About You
- Strong leadership in managing teams, coordinating work, and fostering collaboration.
- Expertise in brief writing, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience in procurement processes, including requisitions and purchase orders.
- Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) with health sector experience highly regarded.
