The Opportunity…

We are looking for a proactive and customer-driven cardiothoracic surgical sales specialist for NSW South with a strong hunter mentality.

What will you do in this role?

  • Achieve sales targets and deliver KPIs, basically get out there and see customers so you can achieve sales
  • Customers are Cardiothoracic Surgeons and their teams, major hospitals and operating theatre staff
  • Work the hospital networks to your advantage
  • Be responsive to your customers, give them what they want
  • Best thing: no on call work :) about 30% of time is spent in theatre
  • Be sure to collaborate with stakeholders in the business and follow their guidance around marketing tactics and execution in the field
  • Be really good at your admin, submit sales reports on time and keep your CRM up to date
  • Most of all be a great team player, focus on your customers and start bringing in sales

Experience Required:

  • Hospital sales experience of 1 to 2 years would be great, or maybe you are in a clinical role with a med device company and think you would be great in sales
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Science / Physio / Nursing
  • A Nursing / Clinical background is highly desirable but not essential
  • A business development mindset and the ability to think outside the box when approaching sales opportunities
  • Courageous, conscientious, driven and purposeful; this means you have grit, you don't give up and you push hard to achieve the sales
