Sales Representative – Medical Devices | Medtec (Sydney, NSW)

Location: Walsh Bay, Sydney

Company: Medtec, distributor of innovative orthopaedic and trauma fixation solutions

Medtech is a fast-growing medical device distributor based in Walsh Bay, Sydney. We partner with world-leading orthopaedic companies to bring innovative Sports Medicine, Trauma and Arthroplasty solutions to surgeons and hospitals nationally.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our presence in Brisbane and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives on building strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital procurement teams.

What You'll Do


• Build and manage relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital decision makers


• Represent a portfolio of cutting-edge sports med, trauma and orthopaedic products


• Provide in-theatre support during surgical cases


• Achieve and exceed sales targets across the Brisbane territory


• Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals

What We're Looking For


• Experience in medical device sales (orthopaedics/trauma preferred, but not essential)


• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth


• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills


• Theatre support experience advantageous


• Resilient, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent service
