Position: Sales Manager – New Business Development (Australia Market)
Location: Primarily Australia,with additional focus on Southeast Asia.Our production and processing facilities are all located overseas, with nearly 20 years of experience in aluminium façade products and advanced sheet metal fabrication. With an annual production capacity of approximately 800,000 square meters, we are now seeking professional sales talents in the Australian market to become one of the leading suppliers for local clients.
We are currently recruiting one experienced Sales Professional each in Melbourne, Sydney, and Queensland, offering an attractive compensation package.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Package: Annual salary from AUD 120,000 + Super + Commission
(For candidates with extensive industry experience, a direct appointment as Sales Director is possible with negotiable salary)
We are a company specializing in architectural surface aluminium cladding systems (non-combustible solid aluminium, aluminium composite panels, and premium bonded aluminium panels), as well as secondary processing services. Our solutions provide high-quality, efficient product supply for mid- to large-scale cladding projects across Australia.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead market expansion in Australia and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish partnerships with medium to large façade and cladding installation clients.
Lead business negotiations, provide technical consultation, product solutions, and quotation support.
Arrange client factory visits to build trust and long-term cooperation.
Participate in contract signing and drive product delivery and project execution.
Requirements:
Proven sales or business development experience in the building materials industry (e.g., aluminium cladding, ceiling materials).
Familiarity with Australian business culture and B2B processes; knowledge of Singapore/Malaysia market cultures is a plus.
Fluent in English for client communication; Mandarin proficiency preferred for internal teamwork.
Strong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently drive projects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong resilience and self-management.
Must hold Australian PR or Citizenship (for compliance and long-term career development).
