As we enter a new phase of growth, we are seeking a driven New Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts.
About the Role
We're looking for a high-performing sales hunter who knows how to open doors, build trust quickly, and close complex IT consulting deals. You'll be instrumental in expanding Protegic's client base, particularly targeting mid to large enterprises across industries.
This is not an account management or farming role. We're seeking someone who thrives in new business environments, with strong C-level networks, and a passion for solving customer problems through tailored consulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries
· Build and leverage strong executive-level networks to generate leads and referrals
· Lead the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure
· Collaborate with internal consulting teams to craft tailored solutions and value propositions
· Stay ahead of industry trends and use that insight to position Protegic's offerings as innovative and differentiated

· Strong executive network and track record of building new client relationships from the ground up
· Deep understanding of technology consulting services and how they solve business challenges
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently while collaborating with delivery teams to ensure client success
