Your Role – What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day site operations, managing a small crew, and ensuring each job runs smoothly and to a premium standard.

  • Lead from the front — supervise daily tasks and mentor junior team members
  • Manage builds from start to finish — liaise with clients, manage materials and timelines
  • Deliver exceptional work — complete all aspects of hard and soft landscaping
  • Implement & troubleshoot — irrigation installation, minor adjustments, quality checks
  • Maintain clear site documentation — track job progress and communicate updates

What You Bring to the Table

  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification)
  • Proven experience across hard and soft landscaping (timber work, paving, concreting, planting, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time, resources, and teams efficiently
  • Driver's licence
  • Irrigation knowledge (bonus)
  • Previous experience in a site supervisor or team leader role (preferred, but not essential for the right person ready to step up)
