We specialise in helping commercial and industrial clients transition to renewable energy, optimise their energy usage, and achieve strong financial returns through integrated solar, battery storage, and electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions.

About the Role

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex renewable energy projects with a strong focus on solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.

Serving our Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers, the Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project execution—from initial planning and stakeholder coordination to commissioning and handover.

This role demands a deep understanding of distributed energy technologies, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes.

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating the regulatory, technical, and logistical complexities of deploying clean energy solutions for C&I clients.

Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities while delivering innovative, low-carbon energy systems on time and on budget.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in the renewable energy or electrical infrastructure sector · Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable,
  • Strong understanding of Australian Standards, WHS/OHS regulations, and industry compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and electric vehicle (EV) charging technologies, including system design, integration, and performance parameters.
