Full-Time Sales & Customer Service Representative

Location: Hallam, VIC (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)

About Us

At Hab Shifa, we are passionate about natural health and wellness, specializing in high-quality Black Seed products. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hallam.

This hybrid role will involve both in-office customer service and on-the-road sales, working closely with pharmacies, health food stores, and distributors to expand our brand's reach.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Visit health food stores, pharmacies, and stockists to present and promote Hab Shifa products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors
  • Identify new pharmacy chains and sales opportunities for product placement
  • Follow up on wholesale inquiries and price list requests
  • Support stockists with marketing campaigns, POS materials, and staff training
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions locally and interstate

Customer Service

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and social media inquiries (Meta, TikTok, Instagram)
  • Engage with customers and stockists via social platforms to build brand loyalty
  • Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
  • Collect customer testimonials and success stories
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Administration & Database Management

  • Maintain and update stockist lists and CRM
  • Log all sales visits, inbound/outbound calls, and follow-ups
  • Greet visitors and customers at the office
  • Assist in processing inbound sales and support internal projects

About You

  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience (health food or pharmacy industry preferred)
  • 1+ years of customer service or administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Comfortable using social media and creating basic content
  • Knowledge of or interest in natural health products is a bonus
