Customer Service & Sales Associate – Applied Building Products (Full-Time / Part-time)

Location: Hallam , VIC Hours: Full-Time or Part-time (Morning availability essential)

Applied Building Products is a dynamic building materials warehouse serving Melbourne's construction and renovation community. We pride ourselves on fast service, quality products, and a friendly team environment. We're on the lookout for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join us full-time.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting customers during busy morning hours with product inquiries and purchases
  • Operating point-of-sale systems and managing transactions
  • Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays
  • Supporting warehouse operations, including lifting up to 25kg
  • Contributing to sales and upselling where appropriate
  • Learning quickly and adapting to new systems and procedures
  • Operating a forklift (Forklift license preferred)
What We're Looking For
  • Strong computer skills (POS, inventory systems, email, etc.)
  • Friendly, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25kg)
  • Forklift license preferred but not essential
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in retail, warehouse, or building materials is a plus
