IT B2B Sales Executive –

UNIFIED CLOUD is a leading ICT hardware and software provider established since 2010. With nearly 15 experience in Telco and ICT is looking to expand into MSP offerings .

We're hiring an experienced IT B2B Sales Executive to accelerate growth at , a forward-thinking managed service provider (MSP) for Australian businesses. We seek a candidate who is not only knowledgeable in IT sales but also excels in winning new business through a data-driven, high-conversion approach.

Role Focus

  • Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Proactively source and qualify B2B leads using inbound/outbound channels (LinkedIn, networking, events, CRM tools)
  • Utilize social selling and market research to target high-value prospects and build a robust pipeline
  • Consultative Solution Selling
  • Engage deeply with prospects to understand their business needs, presenting tailored IT solutions that drive ROI
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals (remote, onsite, or digital), influencing buying decisions
  • Sales Process Optimization
  • Apply data analytics and automation for efficient pipeline management, follow-up, and tracking buyer engagement
  • Use AI-driven lead scoring and personalization to prioritize and close high-probability deals
  • Relationship Management
  • Build lasting professional relationships through empathy, clear communication, and consistent value delivery
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and guide clients from initial engagement to long-term partnership
  • Account Expansion & Retention
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within accounts
  • Maintain post-sale engagement, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing lifetime value

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven B2B IT Sales Experience: Demonstrable success in selling IT/tech services or SaaS to business clients, with a focus on solution selling and meeting conversion targets
  • Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of cloud, networking, hardware, and managed IT services (training provided for product specifics)
  • Sales Mastery: Skilled at social selling, relationship building, active listening, and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Outcome Driven: Obsessed with conversions, pipeline velocity, and closing rates; comfortable working with analytics and modern sales tools
  • Personable & Professional: Excellent communicator, negotiator, and presenter who impresses in both virtual and face-to-face settings
  • Self-motivated & Adaptable: Energetic contributor who thrives in a fast-changing, start-up environment

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
