- **NSW **store to develop within the business to be the next superstar manager.

**Our ideal Rockwear Assistant Store Manager possess these skills, qualities and attributes**:

- Strong retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's
- Experience in women's fashion apparel or active wear
- Minimum 1 years ASM experience
- Dynamic personality that thrives within a team environment
- Naturally a leader, wanting progression
- Be Passionate about a healthy, active lifestyle i.e. _Live for the lifestyle_
- We want leaders, motivators, team members who **_'make it happen'_**

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and company KPI's
- Driving sales and customer experience.
- Recognising sales opportunities
- Building regular customers, & promoting our Rockwear brand
- Recruitment, coaching, development of team
- Upholding impeccable store standards, executing VM directive
- Represent a growing brand, drive the active and team culture
