Macasa Homes is a growing Sydney based residential builder with a history spanning over several years. It focuses on the design and building of community residential dwellings and multi-lot construction of house and land packages. The Role:
As a Marketing Specialist at Macasa Homes Pty Limited. Your major duties and responsibilities include:
· Conduct thorough market research, analyze customer insights, and monitor competitor activities to inform and adapt marketing strategies.
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote community dwellings, house and land packages, townhouses, and apartments.
· Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives and create effective marketing plans and budgets.
· Maintain and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
· Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, while utilizing digital analytics tools to measure and report on their effectiveness.
· Create compelling marketing content, oversee the production of marketing materials, and ensure they align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
· Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships, monitor feedback, and respond to inquiries and complaints promptly.
· Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and optimize customer experiences.
· Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, such as open houses, community events, trade shows, and promotional events, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for successful execution.
· Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and social media, collaborating with advertising agencies and media outlets to maximize reach and effectiveness.
· Monitor and report on advertising performance and ROI and provide marketing support to other departments as needed.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and KPIs, prepare regular reports for senior management, and make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Skilled and experience requirements:
· A bachelor or above degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns. Experience in both Australian and international markets will be highly regarded.
· A strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices is essential.
· Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, is required.
· The ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns is crucial.
· Proficiency in analyzing market data, customer insights, and industry trends, along with experience using digital analytics tools to measure and report on marketing performance, is necessary.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, are important.
· Strong interpersonal skills are needed to collaborate effectively with senior management, sales teams, and other departments.
· The ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing events and campaigns, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, is essential.
· Experience in maintaining and enhancing brand image and reputation, with the ability to develop and oversee branding initiatives and ensure brand consistency and messaging, is required. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms, and familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
