The Opportunity
We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Sydney team and take the lead on one of our key clients in the automotive sector.
This role is ideal for someone who's confident managing client relationships, loves working with creative teams, and enjoys seeing campaigns come to life - from first idea to final delivery. You'll be supported by a strong senior team but trusted to make things happen and build real client partnerships.
What You'll Do
Client Relationships
- Be the main point of contact for our key automotive client and its affiliated brands.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders; you'll be in their offices 1–2 days a week.
- Help shape campaign strategies and social plans that make a difference.
- Work closely with our creative and production teams to deliver work that looks great and performs even better.
Project Management
- Keep projects moving; manage briefs, timelines, budgets, and approvals.
- Coordinate across teams so everyone's aligned and deadlines are met.
- Make sure everything we produce feels on-brand, on-brief, and on time.
Growth & Collaboration
- Support new project proposals and pitches when opportunities arise.
- Spot ways to grow existing accounts through smart thinking and initiative.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture where everyone's ideas are valued.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience in an account management or client service role within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and creative campaign delivery.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (you're great with people).
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive (you get things done).
- Experience in preparing proposals or campaign decks.
- Must have permanent residency or Australian citizenship to be eligible for this position.
