WHO ARE WE?

We are an independent digital agency based in North Sydney that blends creativity and data to deliver high performing campaigns for a diverse range of clients across retail, tech and lifestyle. Our mission is to help brands scale through smart, measurable media strategies across paid search, paid social and programmatic. We're now looking for a confident and proactive Digital Account Manager with 2 to 3 years of agency experience to join our growing team. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business goals, translate them into effective digital strategies and ensure flawless campaign delivery with the support of our media specialists.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As Digital Account Manager you'll take ownership of client relationships across key accounts, ensuring the delivery of data led campaigns that drive measurable growth. You'll collaborate closely with internal specialist paid media teams, creative and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social and display. You'll lead client meetings, prepare campaign reports and deliver strategic recommendations to ensure performance outcomes are achieved. You'll also contribute to media planning and optimisation discussions, supporting the Paid Media Director with insights that shape broader strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves solving marketing challenges and enjoys working with clients to deliver great results.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a digital or media agency managing client relationships and supporting paid media delivery
  • Understand paid media channels including Google Ads and Meta Ads and be comfortable interpreting campaign data and presenting insights to clients
  • Strong communication and organisational skills are essential along with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience using media management and reporting tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics will be highly regarded
