In your new role as
Facilities and Operations Coordinator
, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, crew, and third-party customers at our QANTAS Group Flight Training facility. Your focus will be on delivering a professional, welcoming, and safe environment, ensuring all compliance, safety, and operational standards are met. You will play a key role in supporting training activities, operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall experience.
Your day-today responsibilities will include a blend of safety oversight, facility management, customer service, operational coordination, and quality assurance. The role is highly interactive, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to both routine and unexpected issues.
You'll have
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance in a regulated environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage the dynamic and demanding requirements of the business in a proactive manner
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
