Job Description – Operations Coordinator

Location: Preston Office (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $33 per hour (inclusive of superannuation)

Probation: 6 months

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Preston. This role is critical in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the business meets all compliance and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in rostering, onboarding, compliance monitoring, and system management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across the business.
  • Manage rostering of staff to ensure service delivery requirements are met.
  • Oversee onboarding documentation for new employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and records to ensure information is current and accurate.
  • Ensure compliance with all business policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards.
  • Monitor and support staff adherence to operational and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
  • Assist with internal audits and implement improvements to strengthen compliance frameworks.
  • Support the development and rollout of new systems, processes, and operational strategies.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in an operations or compliance-related role (NDIS experience highly regarded).
  • Ability to manage rostering systems and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
