Job Title: NDIS Office Manager

Location: Preston, VIC

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Salary: $35 per hour | Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager to join our growing NDIS team in Preston. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and passionate about delivering quality services within the NDIS framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee staff recruitment, HR, and compliance processes.
  • Manage onboarding of new participants into our NDIS services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to participants, families, and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with NDIS representatives, support coordinators, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with business development and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly and in line with NDIS standards.

About You

  • Previous experience in the NDIS sector or disability services (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance and processes.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy office environment.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service focus.
