The Role

We are looking for a full-time Technology Support Engineer to join our Technology Team working in a Backoffice and Broadcast technology environment. This is a full-time onsite role requiring on-call availability.

With a passion for Digital Technologies and the way all the pieces fit together, your primary role is to keep NOVA's staff technology experience as seamless as possible. You will primarily be working on the national helpdesk assisting users across our six sites with any technology related issues they have as well as being present on-site to assist with any troubleshooting of hardware issues within the Broadcast Media equipment hub.

Reporting to the Technology Manager, you'll also get the opportunity to participate in projects and upgrade key systems.

The role includes:

• Supporting on-air & business users on the IT helpdesk
• Maintaining our technology and user facing documentation.
• Administering Office 365, Active Directory, and other key technology systems.

About You

Radio doesn't stop, so you will be an energetic individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge

Previous radio experience would be ideal - but it is not essential. We'd love to meet you if you have a previous support experience across IT, especially across the Microsoft stack of technologies.

You'll need to be:

• excellent at communicating, both verbally and in writing
• talented at solving problems and thinking outside the box
• great at working independently and with direction
• works well as part of a team
• able to prioritise tasks with conflicting priorities - and manage your time
• calm under pressure
