- Spark Relief Teachers: A platform connecting schools with casual relief teachers.
- Loop Alumni Management Platform: A tool for schools and universities to engage and manage alumni networks.
We're looking for an energetic and proactive Junior Product Coordinator to join our Schools Team and help manage the day-to-day coordination between schools and teachers using Spark Relief Teachers.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, education, and tech—someone who enjoys variety, fast problem-solving, and working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional user experience.
What You'll DoAs a Junior Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Spark Relief Teachers while contributing to the product's strategic growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate daily bookings between schools and relief staff.
- Provide excellent support and communication to schools and teachers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new users, including verifying documentation.
- Monitor platform activity to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in implementing strategies to grow the number of active schools and teachers.
- Gather user feedback and share insights to help improve the product experience.
- Support broader business operations and product initiatives as required.
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with great multitasking ability.
- Interested in education, technology, and startup culture.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Ideally familiar with Victoria's school system and teaching structures.
- Educated in business, communications, education, or a related field.
