About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and proactive Junior Product Coordinator to join our Schools Team and help manage the day-to-day coordination between schools and teachers using Spark Relief Teachers.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, education, and tech—someone who enjoys variety, fast problem-solving, and working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional user experience.

What You'll Do

As a Junior Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Spark Relief Teachers while contributing to the product's strategic growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate daily bookings between schools and relief staff.
  • Provide excellent support and communication to schools and teachers.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new users, including verifying documentation.
  • Monitor platform activity to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in implementing strategies to grow the number of active schools and teachers.
  • Gather user feedback and share insights to help improve the product experience.
  • Support broader business operations and product initiatives as required.
