About the roleAs Senior Bid Coordinator based in Melbourne, you will be the driving force behind winning bids for regional infrastructure projects. You will lead bid writing, coordination, and submission development within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Managing multiple activities, you will produce clear, compelling tenders, pre-qualifications, and capability statements, embedding win themes with a strong focus on accuracy and persuasion.
You'll also be part of a fresh, dynamic leadership team committed to innovation, new targets, and new ways of working. Your organizational skills and creative writing will be essential in shaping high-quality submissions that make a real impact.

About you
You bring proven experience coordinating submissions in construction, engineering, marine, or related sectors. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure. You are a skilled, creative writer who knows how to embed win themes and craft compelling content. Your strong communication skills allow you to simplify technical information clearly and effectively. A self-starter, you work confidently both independently and collaboratively within dynamic teams.
