About the Role

We're seeking a Junior Product Coordinator to join our Schools Team, with a dedicated focus on supporting early learning centres and educators using Spark Relief Teachers.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role perfect for someone who loves helping others, thrives in an organised environment, and wants to be part of a growing startup making a difference in education.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate daily bookings between early learning centres and educators.
  • Build strong relationships with centres and educators to understand their needs.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new users, including verifying documentation.
  • Provide prompt, high-quality customer support and onboarding assistance.
  • Help drive engagement and growth within the early childhood sector.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to help shape new features and improvements.
  • Support broader business operations and initiatives across the product team.

  • Passion for early childhood education or experience in the sector (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Interested in technology and startups.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
