We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Specialist - Endotherapy
to manage a portfolio of consumable and capital products across
Victoria
, with a strong focus on
interventional endoscopy consumables
. Reporting to the Sales Manager - Urology/ET South, this role is key to driving sales growth and market share through effective account management, clinical engagement, and territory development. You will work collaboratively with a broader sales team to deliver value to our customers and represent the Olympus brand with excellence. Expect a dynamic and customer-facing role, where your clinical knowledge and relationship-building skills will make a measurable impact in the healthcare sector.
You will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales and gross profit targets across the Victorian territory
- Driving adoption of Olympus
interventional endoscopy consumables
and capital products - Building strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Developing in-depth product and clinical knowledge to support customer needs
- Identifying new opportunities and converting leads into sustainable sales
- Providing market insights and contributing to marketing and promotional activities
- Coordinating product demonstrations and collaborating with internal teams

What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you'll bring a combination of clinical understanding, commercial acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven sales success, within
interventional endoscopy consumables
or related medical fields - Tertiary qualifications and/or professional sales training preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- High levels of self-motivation, accountability, and a strong customer-first mindset
- A collaborative approach and a passion for making a difference in patient outcomes
- The ability to understand and work within complex healthcare environments
- A commitment to delivering high standards in compliance, reporting, and territory planning
