As we expand our footprint, we're looking for dynamic and driven Property & Finance Sales Specialists with a solid background in property & Finance sales to join our team.

The Role:

As an Property & Finance Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our sales engine—identifying potential leads, engaging prospective clients, and closing deals. Your property knowledge and persuasive skills will be essential in helping clients make informed decisions in a competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Present and promote property listings to qualified first home buyers or investors
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable property options
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, pricing trends, and legal regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience in property/real estate
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • Valid REA Certificate or higher is a bonus but not required
  • High level of professionalism and customer service focus
