Reporting to the
Head of Strategy ANZ
, Milwaukee, your key responsibilities will include:

Strategy Analysis

  • Combine research, data analysis, interviews and brainstorming to generate recommendations for the business within a strategic investment.
  • Develop and prepare presentations to effectively communicate insights and proposals to stakeholders and present as required.
  • Facilitate, organise, and document interviews and workshop.
  • Work closely with the business to derive requirements to accurately deliver investments, for example but not limited to, technology enhancements, capability improvements.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Head of Strategy regarding any issues, risks, or concerns related to the execution of Milwaukee's Strategy.
  • Lead the analysis and development of a strategic investment if required.

Business Partnering

  • Build strong relationships across functions to influence strategic outcomes and ensure alignment
  • Support business leads in the implementation of strategic investments.
  • Support the Executive to ensure strategic alignment between analysis and implementation.
  • Support business leads in developing implementation documentation.
  • Support uplifting stakeholder's strategy capability including strategic thinking and strategic planning as required.
  • Provide updates to the Strategy Specialist to support the Strategy Performance phase during design and implementation as required.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities of Milwaukee ANZ's Strategic Planning Cycle and Strategy team ways of working.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills/attributes:

  • Preferably a marketing / sales or strategy background with experience in business engagement.
  • Experience in Corporate Strategy and/or business improvement will be highly valued.
  • PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Microsoft Project preferred.
  • Demonstrated participation in project environments/ projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
  • Must be proactive with ability to think ahead, to be a team player and focused on meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to demonstrate initiative and critical thinking in problem solving.
