Salary Range: $89,525 TO $102,735 per annum pending experience + Super
Join Townsville Catholic Education as a Senior Service Delivery Specialist, where you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing IT services that support teaching and learning.
Working collaboratively with the Information Technology and Services team and school leadership, you'll ensure reliable systems, deliver technical solutions, and lead service improvements across the region. This senior role also provides the opportunity to mentor others, share expertise, and contribute to a culture of continual growth and innovation.
You'll bring at least five years' experience in ICT, a proven ability to manage infrastructure and lead small teams, and the confidence to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. Known for your professionalism, attention to detail and calm approach under pressure, you'll balance technical expertise with empathy, collaboration and a commitment to continual improvement. Guided by Catholic values, you'll play an integral role in ensuring technology enables learning and connection every day.
