About the Role

Reporting directly to the Townsville Office Manager and indirectly to the Customer Service Team Leader, this full-time, Monday to Friday, position requires your solid background of experience in administration, data entry, invoicing and customer service. You will work closely alongside our warehouse and delivery teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receipt and processing of customer orders, invoicing and credits.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Compiling and distributing documentation.
  • Effective communication, support and problem-solving with other departments and Branches across the organisation.

Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience providing administration and customer service support in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency with technology, particularly Microsoft Office and database software/programs.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional data entry skills.
  • Understanding or experience in Food Service and/or Hospitality industries highly-regarded but not essential.
