Customer Service Specialist - Townsville
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our high performing National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
Your responsibility will be to assist our insurance advisory team in achieving client success & budget forecasts. This role is customer focused which includes assisting with the end-to-end client renewal process, preparation of quotation & placement slips, submitting reports, correspondence and general office duties.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to start their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced, and collaborative environment.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
This position will suit a someone with the following skills and experience:
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Insurance Industry or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded
