About Us
Chadstone Chiropractic is a community-focused Gonstead Chiropractic clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and support our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and check them in for appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls; respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Keep the reception, waiting area and clinic clean and organized
Requirements
- Experience in a medical or clinic setting preferred but not required
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with medical scheduling software is a plus
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
Work Location: In person
