About Us

The Dental Clinic Mt Martha is a friendly, patient-focused single-chair practice that prides itself on providing gentle, high-quality care to our local community. We are seeking a qualified or experienced Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our small, supportive team on a 12-month contract.

About the Role

  • 12-month contract (potential for extension)
  • 15–20 hours per week
  • Combination of chairside dental assisting and reception duties
  • Instrument processing, sterilisation and room setup
  • Managing appointments, patient enquiries and daily reception tasks
  • Working closely with the dentist in a calm, single-chair environment

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified or experienced Dental Assistant (minimum 3 year preferred)
  • Confident with chairside assisting and sterilisation procedures
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently
  • Professional, caring, and committed to excellent patient care
  • Experience with dental practice software is an advantage (but not essential)
